Who are we looking for
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager an individual contributor and a Team Lead who will own and execute brand programs
You are the go-to person for:
- Brand storytelling and messaging
- Social media (brand + leadership)
- Events, webinars, and podcasts
- Influencer and ecosystem partnerships
- Founder and leadership personal branding
- Public Relations
- SEO
- ABM
- PPC
You understand how a brand supports demand, especially in enterprise SaaS buying cycles.
Demonstrable portfolio in growing LinkedIn, Meta, X and Reddit
Demonstrable portfolio in growing Podcast or Webinars IP's
Experience with Growing Closed Social Communities like Slack, etc., will be an added advantage

- GA4 and Looker Studio for brand-assisted reporting
- Zapier for event and content automation workflows
- Adroll for ABM
You Are an Ideal Candidate If
- You have 5+ years of brand or integrated marketing experience in an HR Tech or Recruitment Tech Enterprise SaaS company
- You have independently run On-Ground and Virtual events, webinars, or podcasts and have generated Prospects out of it
- You have aced Founder Led Branding and influenced the Revenue Pipeline
- You have generated 100's of SQL's which led to dollar value transactions
Role Clarity
- Works closely with Demand Gen, Growth, and SEO
- Over time, this role will evolve into a hands-on team leader with more team members reporting to you
- You will work alongside a team of 5 marketing professionals
- You will report directly to the AVP of Marketing
