About the Role
We are looking for a Performance-driven Marketing Manager to take the lead on our global brand presence. We are a fast-growing IT company providing end-to-end services, including Custom Software Development, Mobile App Development, Digital Transformation, SaaS Development, and Cloud Solutions.
This is an Individual Contributor role where you will have total ownership. You aren't just executing tasks—you are building the marketing engine from scratch. We need a self-starter who understands how to market IT services to clients in the US, UK, and UAE and knows exactly what it takes to generate leads and build brand authority.
Roles and Responsibilities
● Strategy & Execution: Creating and managing marketing campaigns across paid and
organic channels.
● Service Promotion: Highlighting our expertise in SaaS, Cloud, and Automation to a global audience.
● Content Management: Overseeing content that explains our technical solutions simply and effectively.
● Market Navigation: Tailoring our message to fit the business culture of the US, UK, and the Middle East.
● Budget & ROI: Managing marketing spends and reporting on results directly to leadership.
● Client Projects: Additionally, you may be asked to work on client projects from any industry.

● Strong Brand Positioning Across Target Markets: Establish our company as a top-tier authority in custom software development, app development, and digital transformation across the US, UK, and UAE.
● Organic Lead Generation: Build a sustainable inbound engine through high-ranking SEO strategy for content developers, thought leadership, and active social engagement.
● High-Quality Paid Lead Generation: Design and manage targeted ad campaigns that bring in qualified enterprise prospects, not just clicks.
● Campaign Budget Optimization: Optimize our marketing spend by constantly refining targeting and messaging to achieve the lowest possible Cost Per Lead (CPL).
Who We're Looking For
● Mandatory Experience in marketing specifically for the IT industry.
● Compulsory proficiency in the English language for client communication.
● 3–5 years of hands-on marketing experience with proven exposure to US, UK, and UAE Markets.
● Strong command of paid social and search platforms — Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads
● Proficiency in SMM tools — Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or equivalent
● Data literacy — comfortable reading dashboards, running A/B tests, and translating
numbers into action.
● Updated Knowledge of SEO & AEO Practices: SEO and AEO optimisation knowledge aligned with the core and the latest Google updates.
● Excellent written communication with the ability to tailor tone and messaging for different audiences and cultures.
● Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or similar).
● Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
● A portfolio or case studies demonstrating tangible campaign results is a strong plus.
Bonus Points If You Have
● Familiarity with SEO and content marketing strategies
● Knowledge of regional regulatory and cultural sensitivities across US, UK & UAE
● Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot
