We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who can own strategy and execution. This role goes beyond campaign managementit requires strong judgment, clear thinking, and the ability to translate business goals into measurable marketing outcomes.
You will work closely with leadership, sales, and product teams to build positioning, demand, and brand credibility across channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the end-to-end marketing strategy aligned with business growth goals
- Build and execute demand-generation programs across digital, content, partnerships, and events
- Strengthen brand positioning and messaging across all touchpoints
- Work closely with Sales to support pipeline growth, enablement, and conversion metrics
- Lead content strategy including thought leadership, case studies, and high-impact narratives
- Analyze performance metrics, derive insights, and optimize campaigns for ROI
- Manage marketing budgets with clear accountability on outcomes
- Lead and mentor internal marketing team members or external partners/agencies
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual identity
What We're Looking For
- 712 years of experience in B2B or B2C marketing roles with increasing responsibility
- Proven experience building and scaling marketing programs that drive tangible business results
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics, and growth frameworks
- Ability to think strategically while staying deeply involved in execution
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort operating in fast-paced, evolving environments
