Role Description
The Senior Marketing Manager - B2B will be responsible for leading marketing strategies to drive business growth and enhance brand visibility for Arboreal's house of Ingredient Brands. Our Ingredient Brands include BioProt (Fermented Yeast Protein), Pyure (Zero Sugar Sweeteners), Cococo (Chocolate Ingredients), Oricol (Marine Collagen) and so on.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow, where the candidate will work directly with Founders and will oversee key marketing initiatives, develop go-to-market strategies, and manage campaigns targeting B2B audiences. Additionally, the role involves driving customer acquisition funnels, forming strategic industry partnerships, supervising content and communication development, and analyzing performance metrics to ensure maximum impact. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, will be a critical part of day-to-day responsibilities to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Qualifications

1) Competitive Compensation. The candidates can expect a CTC of 10-30LPA as a combination of Fixed + Incentive linked to qualifications, experience and performance.
