About the Role:
We are seeking an experiencedSenior Marketing professionalwith strong expertise in B2B marketing, channel marketing, and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy. The ideal candidate will act as the primary liaison between vendors and internal teams in India and will lead all vendor marketing initiatives and event activities within the region.
This role is strategic and relationship-driven, focusing on vendor coordination, partner enablement, and event execution
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute B2B and GTM marketing strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives and vendor goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, channel partners, and distributors across India.
- Collaborate with vendors on joint marketing initiatives, co-branded campaigns, and market development activities.
- Plan and manage corporate events, partner meets, exhibitions, and trade shows across India.
- Coordinate with sales and product teams to ensure marketing programs drive partner engagement and sales enablement.
- Ensure vendor marketing funds (MDF/Co-op) are utilized effectively and all activities are tracked and reported.
- Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and deliverables while maintaining brand consistency.
- Analyze marketing outcomes and report on the ROI and impact of GTM activities.
Requirements:
- 710 years of experiencein B2B or channel marketing, preferably within the AV, Pro Audio, IT, or technology distribution sectors.
- Strong understanding of vendor relationship management and channel ecosystem dynamics.
- Proven track record in event planning, vendor programs, and GTM execution.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on execution, accountability, and measurable outcomes.
- Ability to handle multiple vendor relationships and projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working withglobal AV brands and manufacturers.
- Knowledge ofAV channel networksand partner structures in India.
- Familiarity withmarketing fund (MDF) management and reporting processes.
