About the Role

As Senior Marketing Manager, you will be the strategic and executional anchor for how we communicate our brand and products to the world. You will work closely with the leadership team to drive integrated marketing campaigns, strengthen our market position, and articulate our value story to clients, partners, and talent alike.

Key Responsibilities

Your Charter

  • Brand Communications (BrandComm): Develop and execute the overarching brand strategy, messaging architecture, brand guidelines, tone of voice, and positioning across all channels.
  • Product Communications (ProdComm): Translate complex automation and logistics technology into compelling narratives for diverse audiences, including enterprise clients and industry stakeholders.
  • PR: Own media relations, press releases, thought leadership placements, and spokesperson briefings; build and manage relationships with industry press and analysts.
  • Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Plan and lead end-to-end campaigns from insight and ideation to execution and performance measurement across digital, events, content, and trade platforms.
  • Brand Positioning Strategy: Conduct competitive intelligence and market research to refine our positioning.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Pre-Sales, Solutions, and Leadership to align marketing output with business development goals and client engagement strategies.
  • Agency & Vendor Management: Brief and manage creative, PR, digital, and event agencies
  • Performance & Reporting: Define KPIs, track campaign effectiveness, and present insights-driven reports to leadership on brand health and marketing ROI.

What We're Looking For

Your Profile

  • 812 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a senior/lead role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in brand strategy, corporate communications, and go-to-market campaigns ideally within B2B technology, logistics, supply chain, or warehouse automation sectors.
  • Strong PR acumen: media relations, press release writing, and thought leadership content development.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft and adapt narratives for diverse audiences.
  • Data-driven mindset comfortable with campaign analytics, marketing dashboards.
  • Experience working with or presenting to senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications; MBA preferred.
