Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Senior Marketing Manager (Content & Social Media) to lead AiSensy's content marketing, social media, brand-building, and demand-generation initiatives.
This role will be responsible for creating compelling content, scaling organic growth channels, building founder and company thought leadership, managing social media presence, and supporting pipeline generation through content-led marketing programs.
The ideal candidate combines strong storytelling abilities, content strategy expertise, social media execution skills, and a deep understanding of B2B SaaS marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Content Marketing & SEO
- Own and execute AiSensy's content marketing strategy aligned with business and growth objectives.
- Create and manage content across blogs, landing pages, case studies, customer success stories, newsletters, ebooks, and thought leadership assets.
- Develop SEO-driven content strategies to improve organic traffic, keyword rankings, and inbound lead generation.
- Conduct keyword research, content gap analysis, and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to create impactful customer-focused content.
Social Media & Brand Building
- Own AiSensy's social media presence across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth.
- Build and scale founder-led content and personal branding initiatives.
- Create engaging social media content including posts, carousels, short-form videos, and industry insights.
- Manage community engagement and brand reputation across social channels.
Demand Generation Support
- Partner with Growth and Sales teams to create content that supports lead generation and pipeline growth.
- Develop campaign assets, landing pages, email sequences, and marketing collateral.
- Support webinars, events, product launches, and customer engagement campaigns.
- Create high-converting content that improves customer acquisition and conversion rates.
Thought Leadership & Customer Education
- Position AiSensy as a thought leader in WhatsApp Marketing, Conversational Commerce, Customer Engagement, and Marketing Automation.
- Create educational content including guides, playbooks, reports, and industry insights.
- Translate complex product capabilities into clear, engaging, and customer-centric messaging.
- Develop customer success stories showcasing measurable business outcomes.
Analytics & Optimization
- Track and report content, SEO, and social media performance metrics.
- Monitor website traffic, engagement, lead generation, and content-attributed conversions.
- Use analytics tools to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Continuously test and improve messaging, content formats, and distribution strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Design, and Leadership teams.
- Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and content partners when required.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in Content Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, or B2B SaaS Marketing.
- Proven experience building and executing content and social media strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Strong writing, editing, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Experience creating content for B2B SaaS, MarTech, CRM, Marketing Automation, or Technology products.
- Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, content optimization, and organic growth strategies.
- Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms.
- Experience using content and analytics tools such as GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, HubSpot, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to measure and optimize marketing performance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS, MarTech, Customer Engagement, Messaging, CRM, or WhatsApp ecosystem products.
- Experience building founder brands and thought leadership programs.
- Familiarity with AI-powered content creation and productivity tools.
- Experience managing agencies, freelancers, or content creators.
- Basic understanding of performance marketing and demand generation.
