We are looking for a Junior / Senior Marketing Manager to support our regional B2B marketing communications and brand growth across the India market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional B2B marketing plans, including exhibitions, roadshows, digital marketing, social media, PR and brand campaigns.
- Drive local brand promotion among installers, distributors, EPCs, partners and business customers.
- Support localized marketing content creation, including product materials, campaign content, social media posts and customer-facing communication.
- Work closely with sales, technical and product teams to understand market needs and provide effective marketing support.
- Coordinate industry events, seminars, installer activities, partner campaigns, media relations and brand cooperation projects.
- Support market research, competitor tracking and customer insight collection in the India solar market.
- Track campaign performance, prepare post-campaign reports and continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of marketing communications experience, preferably in B2B.
- Renewable energy, solar, energy storage or electrical industry experience is a plus.
- Fluent in English; Hindi or other local Indian languages are a plus.
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related fields.
- Strong project management, communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Self-motivated, hands-on and able to work in a fast-growing international environment.
