Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Marketing Executive, based in Surat. The Senior Marketing Executive will be responsible for market research, strategic market planning, managing marketing and sales operations, and ensuring the successful execution of marketing campaigns. The role will also involve collaborating with teams to identify market opportunities, build brand engagement, and drive product growth in line with the company's objectives. Additionally, the role will focus on enhancing communication and ensuring client satisfaction through effective marketing and sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Market Planning and Market Research to analyze trends, competition, and customer needs.
• Proficiency in Marketing and Sales strategies to drive brand growth and product success.
• Excellent Communication abilities to interact effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
• Proven track record of working in a fast-paced industry, preferably in health and wellness sectors, is an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred.
• Design promotional materials and Doctor engagement program.
• Leverage digital media & AI tools for marketing optimisation.
