We are seeking a proactive and performance-driven Marketing to support the marketing functions of our real estate Developer firm
Role Description
- Assist in planning & executing marketing campaigns across digital & offline channels.
- Manage & create content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc)
- Conduct market research to analyse trends, competitors, and consumer behaviour.
- Work closely with developers to align on project USPs, target audiences, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Support the design and distribution of marketing collaterals such as brochures, hoardings, flyers, and banners.
- Organize and promote property events, site launches, channel partner meets, and project presentations.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of campaigns; suggest improvements to drive better ROI.
- Work closely with external vendors, digital agencies, and creative teams to execute campaigns.
- Maintain a content calendar for social media and email marketing.
- Ensure all marketing efforts comply with project RERA guidelines and brand standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 25 years of relevant experience in real estate marketing, preferably in a mandate or consulting environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, real estate portals, and CRM systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Canva/Photoshop, and basic analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
