Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote O&M services for electrical transmission lines and substations.

Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.

Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and tenders to prospective clients.

Collaborate with technical teams to understand service offerings and create impactful marketing materials.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead.

Achieve sales and revenue targets through effective marketing campaigns and client acquisition.

Requirements:

Education: B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

Experience: Minimum 5 years in marketing, in the power sector or O&M services.

Strong knowledge of tendering processes and B2B marketing.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to travel as required for client meetings and site visits.
