We are hiring an Email Marketing Manager – US Market (B2B Lead Generation) at Head Field Solutions.

Location: Noida (5 days onsite)

Experience: 5+ years in B2B email marketing

We are specifically looking for someone who has hands-on experience generating qualified leads for the US market through cold email outreach and has contributed to actual business closures.

Key expectations:

• Proven track record of generating leads from US-based prospects
• Strong expertise in cold email campaigns, multi-step sequences, and follow-ups
• Ability to build targeted prospect lists and drive conversions
• Experience working closely with sales teams to convert leads into clients
• Hands-on with tools like Smartlead, Instantly, Lemlist, Apollo, etc.
• Solid understanding of email deliverability and inbox placement
