We are looking for a driven and creative Senior Marketing Executive to lead brand-building and marketing initiatives for our growing portfolio. The ideal candidate understands the FMCG/food space and can work hands-on across digital, retail, and trade marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for Fuji Cream and Kings Everyday across digital and offline channels
- Manage social media presence and content calendar (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Coordinate with creative/design teams for packaging, POS, and promotional materials
- Drive brand visibility at retail touchpoints — Nature's Basket, Dorabjees, Food Junction, etc.
- Track and analyse campaign performance and share actionable insights
- Support new product launches and seasonal promotions
- Liaise with distribution and sales teams to align marketing with trade activities
- Manage agency/vendor relationships for creative, digital, and print
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in FMCG, food & beverages, or dairy
- Strong understanding of digital marketing (Meta, Google, influencer marketing)
- Hands-on experience with content creation and social media management
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with tools like Canva or basic design knowledge is a plus
- MBA in Marketing preferred
