We are looking for a highly enthusiastic, explorative, and creatively driven marketing professional who can take ownership and build from scratch. This role is for someone who is curious, experiments constantly, and understands how to connect product, customer experience, and growth.
This is not a role for someone who waits for instructions. This is for a builder.
What You'll Own
- Brand positioning and narrative building (market perception, messaging clarity)
- End-to-end inbound funnel creation (content → website → conversion)
- Website content and landing page optimization (conversion-focused, timely updates)
- End-to-end LinkedIn content strategy and execution (storytelling, positioning, experimentation, viral reach)
- Creating high-performing and viral content (hooks, distribution, engagement)
- Outbound outreach to decision-makers (cold DMs, email campaigns, creative hooks)
- Meeting generation for the founding team (structured and experimental campaigns)
- Customer case studies and high-converting sales collateral
- WhatsApp and email campaigns with a strong focus on customer experience
- Competitive analysis and market intelligence (gaps, positioning, opportunities)
- Marketing automation and AI tool usage (scaling workflows and campaigns)
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS / AI / Tech marketing
- Strong understanding of customer experience (CX), not just surface-level metrics
- Proven ownership of LinkedIn content (strategy → execution → outcomes)
- Experience in building inbound and outbound funnels
- Hands-on experience with automation tools and AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
- Strong experimentation mindset (testing, iterating, optimizing)
- Ability to work independently without structured teams
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
- Ability to translate product capabilities into clear customer value
