Senior Marketing Coordinator | US-Based Architecture & Design Firm
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator to join our client's dynamic Brand Marketing team. This is a remote role based in India supporting a leading US architecture and design firm. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can manage end-to-end marketing tasks independently while collaborating effectively with team members across time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage website updates and ensure brand consistency.
- Prepare award submissions from concept to completion.
- Create and distribute internal and external e-newsletters.
- Provide social media content and coordination support.
- Design and produce marketing materials using Adobe InDesign (mandatory).
- Develop proposals, case studies, presentations, and other marketing collateral.
- Coordinate marketing plans, campaigns, and internal communications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 35 years experience in marketing, preferably in the architecture, design, or related industries.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign is mandatory candidates without InDesign experience will not be considered.
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office Suite, and website CMS platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and collaborate with a global team.
- Proven experience delivering high-quality, detailed work on time.
Work Location: Bengaluru/Hyderabad must be able to work with US time zones.
