About the Role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Marketing Consultant
The roles involves working with an industry leading Corporate and Investment Bank in the CIB support team. Specifically, this involves high impact deliverables on M&A, DCM, ECM and other IB deals. The roles working closely with the US deal team on pitchbooks. The roles involves significant opportunities to learn, develop and work as an integral member of the front office teams in business.
Provide services to make documents brand compliant and aesthetically enhanced. Assist team members in creating their client presentations, confidential information memorandum (CIM), and pitchbooks. Also enable the LOBs to focus on their business objectives while providing the following services: brand compliance, formatting, spell/grammar checking, graphic design, desktop publishing, cartography, image searches, and data clean-up.
In this role, you will:
Functional Responsibilities: Responsible for multiple deliverable types including presentations, maps, charts and graphs, meeting and events materials, and more. Provide quality and timely results while maintaining excellent communications with clients from across CIB/CB. This role requires consultation skills to deliver projects to meet both the clients expectations and the objectives of the Wells Fargo brand.
Specific Responsibilities: Pulls requests from an automated queue Prioritize request based on estimated time needed to complete, and client need Communicate with clients, with a consultative and customer service mindset Become an expert in and advocate for the Wells Fargo brand Work well under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and work well autonomously Track, document, and maintain project files and information in job archives Review jobs for quality, brand adherence, accuracy, and completeness
