Requirements:
Work experience as a Marketing Analyst or similar role.
Power user of Excel, good knowledge of SQL (Working knowledge of R or Python, added
advantage).
Strong understanding of how to structure analyses to solve real-world business problems.
Ability to understand product ecosystems, user behaviors, and market trends.
Ability to identify key metrics and create KPIs for the same.
Ability to structure and analyze A/B tests.
Self-motivated with excellent communication, collaborative, and problem-solving skills.
Relevant experience in managing and optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns (e.g.,
Google Ads, Meta Ads) for a D2C business.
Exposure in BFSI/Fintech would be an advantage.
