We are partnering with a global maritime technology company to appoint a Senior Sales Manager to support business growth across Asia-Pacific.
You will be responsible for developing new business, managing key accounts, and delivering solution-based sales to customers across the marine and offshore sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business development and sales growth across Singapore and the wider Asia-Pacific region.
- Develop and manage relationships with shipowners, offshore operators, engineering companies, and key industry partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and provide consultative, solution-based sales support to customers.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and participate in contract negotiations.
- Represent the company at customer meetings, industry exhibitions, and conferences.
- Collaborate closely with technical, project, and service teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Achieve sales targets while maintaining an accurate sales pipeline and market forecasts.
- Travel regionally as required to support customers and business development activities.
Requirements:
- Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Marine Engineering, Nautical Studies, Ocean Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 4-10+ years of experience in technical sales, business development, or account management within the marine, offshore, subsea, or maritime technology sectors.
- Operational experience sailing, offshore, or supporting marine projects would be highly advantageous.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience selling technical or engineering solutions.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently across regional markets.
