- Day to day maintenance of Air-conditioners, chiller plants, AHUs, HVAC and VRF units. Correspondence with air-conditioning service providing vendor and arrange regular preventive services and break-down services.
- Maintenance of CNC machine tools Electrical & Electronics, maintenance & fault finding, corrective & preventive action for break downs.
- Experienced in CNC machine control system, Power electronics & CNC control loop. Controller Fanuc, Mazak, Siemens etc.
- Maintenance of Compressors, Air dryers and Receivers. Maintaining critical spares in stock and keeping the plant in healthy condition for the required pressurized air.
- Maintenance of DG sets, main panels, power distributing transformers, earthing system, emergency lights, lightening arrestor and distribution panels.
- Maintenance of EOT cranes, gear boxes, Brakes, Slip-ring motors and related control panels with resistor box.
- Maintenance of network cabling system, Administration building maintenance, Door closers, shutters, Tables, Chairs, wooden repairing, kitchen equipment, dish washer, air curtains etc.
- Procurement of required spares for maintenance of each equipment.
- Making of AMC for the related equipment with verification of the alternates available.
- Maintain the inventory for critical spares and planning for the replacement of the same at defined frequency.
Basic Qualifications:
Electrical/Electronic diploma or Degree, Experience of 5 to 6 Years.
Preferred Qualifications:
CNC machine tools maintenance experience in siemens and Fanuc control.
