Roles & Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact forProcess owners and stakeholdersfor Workday HRIS,in driving adoption,providing guidance,expertise, and strategic recommendationsonsolution enablement.
- Lead the Workday Support Team,tomanage day-to-day system support as well as implementation of Workday projects/ initiatives,as per therelevant governance and service delivery protocols.
- Collaboratewith technical consultants, project managers, and business stakeholders to deliverintegrated solutions that align with Businessobjectives.
- Monitoringand resolutionofWorkdayincidentsandsupport services,withadherenceto SLAsandresponsibility forappropriate executionofrelevant follow-upactions.
- Ensureappropriatedocumentationof Workday support maintenance activities and design changes,for future reference and audits.
- Instil aContinuous Innovationmindset within the team,by mentoring themandensuring their professional growththrough Workdaytrainingandskillsenablement.
- Stay abreast of Industrytrendsand advancementsthroughWorkdayreleases, features, and best practices, andrecommendingenhancements aligned tothe organizationneeds.
- Partnerwith process owners andstakeholdersinidentifying,deployinganddrivingadoptionof latest Workday capabilitiesthrougha definedservice improvement framework.
Qualifications:
- Experience in leading a successfulHRISteam(preferably on Workday)withability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achievedesired outcomes.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking,to proactively assessand resolveday-to-dayissues,andindependently drive initiativestoimprovesolution adoption and HRISservice delivery.
- In-depth knowledge ofoverallWorkdaysolutionwithrelevantWorkday certifications/ accreditations,andhands-on experience inimplementingandoptimizingWorkday HRsolutionsfromDesign toDeploy.
- strong collaborationand communicationskills,to work effectively witha global team ofHR,IT andBusinessstakeholders.
- Experience in effectively communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audience.
- A commitment to continuous learning and staying informed on industry trends, HR Technology innovationsand best practices.
- Experience inpreparing relevantleadershipcollateralsandestablishingdocumentation standardsfor project management, functional&technicalrequirementsandsolutionimplementation.
