Job Title: Senior UX Designer / Lead UX Designer – B2B E-commerce (Pharma Preferred)

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior UX Designer / UX Lead with 14+ years of experience in designing complex B2B e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in driving user experience strategy, building scalable design systems, and delivering measurable business impact through improved conversion rates. Experience in the pharmaceutical domain will be a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX strategy and execution for B2B e-commerce platforms
- Drive design thinking across product lifecycle—from discovery to delivery
- Build, scale, and govern enterprise-grade design systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Business, Marketing) at a strategic level
- Own and improve conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives using data and user insights
- Mentor and guide junior designers, ensuring design quality and consistency
- Conduct advanced user research, usability testing, and stakeholder workshops
- Translate complex business requirements into intuitive, scalable user experiences
- Establish UX best practices, processes, and design standards across the organization
Mandatory Requirements
- 14+ years of experience in UX/UI design
- Strong and proven experience in B2B e-commerce platforms (MANDATORY)
- Demonstrated impact on conversion rates and business metrics
- Deep expertise in design systems, UX architecture, and interaction design
- Hands-on experience with design tools such as:
- Adobe XD
- Zipline (or equivalent tools)
- Ability to lead UX initiatives independently with minimal supervision
Preferred / Good to Have
- Experience in Pharma / Healthcare domain (strong plus)
- Experience working on large-scale or enterprise commerce platforms
- Familiarity with analytics and experimentation tools (A/B testing, heatmaps, etc.)
- Exposure to accessibility standards and responsive design
