Key Responsibilities:
- The role focuses on optimizing inventory planning for a B2B business by developing scalable and data-driven models
- Identify key vendors and strategies to reduce the days of inventory for our B2B business to ensure a negative working capital for the business
- Collaborating with central business teams and working closely with product and data science teams to automate inventory planning processes
- The ultimate goal is to ensure 100% timeliness and completeness of kits while keeping a healthy day of inventory by leveraging scientific methodologies and automation to streamline operations.
What We Need:
- 2-4 years experience in an ops-related/consulting/strategy role
- Demonstrated leadership of teams and projects the ability to influence and lead
- Someone who can deliver under tight timelines
