Overview

Responsible for managing and optimizing the Transportation Management System (TMS) to drive efficiency, compliance, cost savings, and continuous improvement across logistics operations. Works closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and TMS partners to ensure seamless implementation, integration, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Commercial & Continuous Improvement

  • Execute and manage Statement of Work (SOW) with TMS partner
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities
  • Achieve cost savings and productivity targets

Compliance & Optimization

  • Ensure standardization and compliance in shipping processes
  • Monitor carrier and partner performance; drive service improvements
  • Maintain process, training, and system documentation
  • Enhance TMS capabilities and optimization usage

Management & Communication

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, etc.)
  • Lead project implementation, testing, and deployment of TMS
  • Present project updates to leadership and stakeholders
  • Support training, onboarding, and post-implementation activities
  • Develop standardized inbound logistics processes

Data Governance

  • Define and ensure data accuracy and integration within TMS
  • Establish processes to manage and correct data exceptions
  • Maintain data and system documentation
  • Drive data-driven improvements and master data enhancements

Other

  • Handle ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by TMS Lead or PMO

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's , or Master's degree with 13+ Years of experience in supply chain/TMS
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% internationally
  • Must be based in APAC with flexibility to travel within the region and globally
  • Ability to work across time zones, including outside standard business hours
  • Fluent in English; additional languages (Mandarin, Tagalog, or Indian languages) preferred
