Position: Senior Manager Transitions

Location: Pune, India (Hybrid)

Shift Timings - 4pm to 1 am

We are seeking an experiencedSenior Manager Transitions/Projectsto lead strategic project and transition initiatives for a client in the media industry. The role involves managing complex transitions, ensuring operational readiness, and driving seamless execution across multiple stakeholders and time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end transition and project management activities across global teams
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet deliverables and timelines
• Monitor progress, flag risks, and ensure timely reporting to leadership
• Develop and maintain SOPs, SOWs, and documentation to support project goals
• Lead cross-functional teams, manage service delivery milestones, and ensure readiness for deployment
• Strategize and support change management processes and knowledge transfers

Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in project/transition management
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to lead multiple global projects and drive alignment
• Flexible to support across time zones and adapt to evolving business needs
