About the Role

The Senior Manager Training will be responsible for driving sales capability building through structured, data-driven training interventions. The role focuses on developing deep domain expertise within sales teams, strengthening quality frameworks, and enabling performance excellence aligned with business objectives

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of domain and program expertise across sales teams, ensuring high-impact and consistent program pitching
  • Design, implement, and continuously evolve the sales training and quality framework to support business growth and performance standards
  • Conduct regular audits of sales calls to evaluate quality, compliance, and effectiveness against defined benchmarks
  • Analyze audit insights to identify recurring skill gaps and translate findings into targeted training and coaching initiatives
  • Build and execute structured, scalable training plans and deliver engaging learning interventions across experience levels
  • Own Training Needs Identification (TNI) and ensure effective content design and delivery methodologies
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to build, enhance, and standardize product and program training content
  • Lead onboarding and induction training for new hires, enabling faster ramp-up and alignment with business expectations
  • Identify gaps in processes, systems, or enablement tools and recommend actionable, sustainable solutions
  • Present data-backed insights on training effectiveness, performance trends, and business impact to senior stakeholders

Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Graduate from a recognized college or university
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within Education, Higher Education, Universities, or Study Abroad sectors
  • Prior experience in call quality audits, performance evaluation, or sales training effectiveness measurement is strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert insights into actionable learning strategies
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Planner) with strong reporting, data analysis, and basic automation capabilities.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and instructional design tools is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong presentation, storytelling, and content development abilities.
  • High learning agility, critical thinking, and a strong attention to detail.
