The Senior Manager, Total Rewards manages the end-to-end delivery of the organisation's compensation and benefits (C&B) programmes, including support for executive compensation frameworks.
Reporting to the Head of Rewards, you will operationalise the total rewards architecture across both broad-based and executive populations. You will oversee annual reward cycles, market benchmarking, benefits administration, data reporting, and the preparation of high-level board/governance materials.
Key Responsibilities
Compensation Review & Executive Rewards
- Lead the execution of annual salary reviews, merit increments, and bonus allocation processes, including data preparation, system setup, calibration support, and manager guidance.
- Assist in modeling executive pay scenarios, long-term incentive structures, and peer benchmarking using established executive survey sources.
- Prepare confidential analysis, proposals, and presentations for the Remuneration Committee and Board meetings.
Market Benchmarking & Job Evaluation
- Participate in compensation and benefits surveys, map internal roles to industry benchmarks, and maintain competitive pay structures and salary ranges.
- Validate and manage short-term and long-term incentive plan (STI/LTI) payouts in accordance with plan governance and business performance metrics.
Benefits Administration & Vendor Management
- Oversee benefits programmes, managing day-to-day administration, policy applications, enrolments, and claims resolution.
- Coordinate with external insurers and service providers for plan renewals, service level agreements, and contract negotiations.
HRIS, Analytics & Governance
- Maintain reward and benefits data integrity across HRIS platforms, delivering regular C&B dashboards, cost modeling, and headcount/spend reporting.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for escalated manager and employee inquiries, ensuring consistent policy application and compliance with local employment regulations.
- Support internal/external audits, policy documentation, and reward governance frameworks.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Total Rewards / Compensation & Benefits delivery within an established corporate environment. Prior exposure to executive compensation or RemCo processes is highly advantageous.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (financial/scenario modeling, complex formulas).
- Proven experience working with enterprise HRIS and compensation administration platforms.
- Solid working knowledge of Singapore employment laws and remuneration regulations.
- Professional designations such as GRP (Global Remuneration Professional) or CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) are a plus.
