Job Description

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Support the design, review, and maintenance of the organization's job architecture, job evaluation methodology, job leveling framework, salary structures, and career frameworks to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness
  • Lead or support annual compensation review activities, including merit increases, market adjustments, bonus planning, salary budgeting, promotion reviews, and pay governance processes
  • Participate in global and regional compensation benchmarking surveys, analyze market trends, and provide recommendations on market positioning and pay competitiveness
  • Conduct compensation analyses including internal pay equity, pay compression, gender pay analysis, and workforce cost modelling to support informed business decisions
  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and recurring workforce analytics to provide actionable insights for HR and business leaders
  • Support HR technology initiatives, including HRIS, compensation management systems, and reporting automation to improve operational efficiency
  • Maintain accurate Total Rewards data, documentation, reporting systems, and SharePoint resources while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
  • Support global mobility administration by coordinating assignment compensation calculations, cost projections, allowances, and policy maintenance
  • Support the implementation, administration, and continuous enhancement of compensation, benefits, recognition, and other total rewards programs

Qualifications:

  • Ideally degree qualified in business/HR management with 5 to 8 years of total rewards experience
  • Demonstrated experience supporting Total Rewards programs across multiple countries and diverse regulatory environments
  • Strong experience managing annual compensation review cycles, salary structures, incentive planning, salary surveys, and job evaluation exercises
  • Experience developing job architecture, career frameworks, and job leveling methodologies is highly desirable
  • Experience conducting compensation benchmarking using reputable market survey providers (e.g. Mercer, Willis Towers Watson, Korn Ferry, Aon, Radford, or equivalent)
  • Exposure to global mobility, expatriate compensation, or international assignment administration is advantageous
  • Proven experience performing compensation analysis, workforce analytics, cost modelling, and data-driven decision support
  • Experience supporting or implementing HRIS, compensation management, and workforce planning systems (e.g. HiBob, Workday, SuccessFactors, SAP, or equivalent)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, Power Query, complex formulas, and data modelling
  • Experience using Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence and visualization tools

  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion when handling confidential employee information
