Note: We are preferably looking for candidates with a graduation year between 2021 and 2025.
What You'll Do
- Drive operational excellence across assigned cities (core focus)
- Onboard, train, and improve service partners to ensure high quality
- Own and execute projects to improve service quality and customer experience
- Work on category growth initiatives (new offerings, innovations)
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams for seamless execution

What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in operations / consulting / strategy roles
- Proven ability to lead projects and influence stakeholders
- Strong work ethic with a mix of problem-solving + execution skills
