Role Overview

:We are looking for an experienced mid-management professional to lead a team of commercial real estate valuation specialists. The role involves managing valuation and appraisal report delivery, mentoring team members, coordinating with onshore teams, and ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely completion of valuation engagements

.
Key Responsibilitie

• s:Manage a team of 50+ professionals working on commercial real estate valuations and appraisal report
• s.Provide training and guidance on CRE valuation, appraisal writing, and report qualit
• y.Act as a technical expert to mentor the team and ensure timely delivery of accurate report
• s.Coordinate regularly with onshore teams on project pipeline, staffing, availability, and feedbac
• k.Lead and support valuation engagements in collaboration with onshore stakeholder
• s.Drive process improvement, quality control, hiring support, reporting, and performance managemen

t.
Required Qualifications & Skil

• ls:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Real Estate, or a related fie
• ld.10+ years of experience in commercial real estate valuati
• on.Strong knowledge of appraisal report writing and financial modelli
• ng.Proficiency in Argus Enterprise, CoStar, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office too
• ls.Strong understanding of commercial real estate and finan
• ce.Excellent communication, team management, and stakeholder coordination skil
• ls.CFA, MRICS, CPA/CA, or FRM qualification will be an added advant
