Role Summary:

We are seeking a Tech Lead with strong expertise in Azure Databricks, Azure Cloud, , Azure Data Factory (ADF), PySprk, PySQL, Postgres, Datastage, SQL. The ideal candidate will lead technical design and architecture, manage stakeholders, and guide the team in delivering scalable data solutions.

  1. Key Result Areas

Leading Tech Development

. Lead end-to-end design and implementation of data solutions on Azure.

. Architect data pipelines using Azure Databricks, and ADF.

. Architect and optimize Databricks notebooks, jobs, and clusters for performance and cost efficiency using ADF.

. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to data engineers and developers.

. Ensure best practices in data governance, security, and performance optimization

. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments

. Drive innovation by evaluating new tools, frameworks, and cloud-native services.

. Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with business goals.

. Strong hands-on experience with Azure Databricks, Azure Cloud services, PySpark, PySQL, ADF & Datastage,.

. Expertise in data architecture, technical design, and solutioning, performance tuning

. Proven experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration

. Experience in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud security

. Solid understanding of ETL/ELT processes, data warehousing, and big data ecosystems.

. Strong problem-solving, communication, leadership and analytical skills.

. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

. Familiarity with Power BI or other BI tools
