Senior Manager, Technology - Research Data and Analytics (RDNA)

Key Deliverables:

• Lead RDNA teams delivering scientific data and analytics platforms for drug discovery
• Drive technology strategy for AI/ML, research informatics, and global analytics capabilities
• Ensure delivery of robust custom platforms and COTS integrations aligned to compliance standards
• Collaborate cross-functionally to scale research data infrastructure and improve performance metrics

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage cross-regional teams and coach talent in research data technology functions
• Enable scientific computing via tools like Databricks, RShiny, Dash, and HPC clusters
• Drive governance, budget oversight, and metric-based reporting aligned to R&D goals
• Champion innovation, best practices, and agile delivery across matrixed research units
