Receive forecasts and business plans from central planning and allocate demand in SAP.
Collaborate with production to derive and maintain production plans in SAP.
Ensure timely updates to production plans for accurate MRP runs.
Coordinate with procurement for on-time material receipt aligned with production schedules.
Warehouse & Logistics Operations
Oversee storage, preservation, and delivery of raw materials and finished goods.
Ensure timely feeding of components to assembly lines and dispatch readiness.
Maintain system adherence and visual management for traceability.
Manage inventory through perpetual checks, block stock analysis, and non-moving inventory reviews.
Dispatch & Site Support
Ensure readiness of blades and components for dispatch as per plan.
Coordinate with central logistics for vehicle placement and safe loading.
Oversee documentation and physical verification for dispatches.
Process & Compliance
Establish lean manufacturing processes for nacelles, hubs, and drive trains.
Drive Kaizen culture and continuous improvement strategies.
Support IMS and Business Excellence implementation.
Ensure HSE compliance and development of prototypes.
Qualifications
Education: Graduate in Mechanical/Electrical/Production/Industrial Engineering
Preferred: Postgraduate degree, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, Lean certifications
Experience: Minimum 5 years independently managing process and continuous improvement in nacelle assembly factories with strong exposure to lean manufacturing
