Team Leadership and Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the technical operations team to ensure high performance and professional growth.

Infrastructure Management:
- Oversee infrastructure operations, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud environments.
- Implement best practices for infrastructure performance, scalability, and security.
- Ensure effective capacity planning, monitoring, and disaster recovery readiness.
Operational Excellence:
- Develop and enforce operational procedures and service-level standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve infrastructure bottlenecks.
- Drive automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
Incident and Problem Management:
- Manage and prioritize incidents, ensuring timely resolution and root cause analysis.
- Coordinate with global teams to ensure 24/7 operational support and system uptime.
- Establish escalation processes and maintain detailed documentation of incidents.
Security and Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to security protocols, policies, and compliance frameworks.
- Partner with the security team to proactively identify and mitigate potential vulnerabilities.
- Maintain audit readiness and compliance with IT governance standards.
Process Improvement and Innovation:
- Identify opportunities to improve system reliability, cost efficiency, and performance.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend solutions to optimize infrastructure operations.
- Implement monitoring and alerting tools to enhance proactive issue detection.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or technical operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in managing cloud and on-premise environments.
- Strong knowledge of networking, virtualization, Linux/Windows systems, and DevOps practices.
- Experience with IT monitoring, automation, and configuration management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a global and fast-paced environment.
