Job Description

  • Orbitax Platform Operations
  • Execute Pillar 2 calculations across jurisdictions using Orbitax (QDMTT, IIR, UTPR modules).
  • Maintain and update entity-level data, elections, and jurisdictional settings.
  • Monitor system updates and ensure alignment with evolving local rules and platform enhancements.
  • Data Collection & Validation
  • Lead the collection of financial and entity data from internal systems and stakeholders.
  • Validate and format data for upload into Orbitax, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with finance teams to resolve data gaps and ensure consistency.
  • Compliance Coordination
  • Liaise with external advisors (e.g., KPMG, Deloitte) for outsourced filing support.
  • Track submission deadlines, jurisdictional requirements, and filing confirmations.
  • Maintain audit trails and documentation for all filings and notifications.
  • Escalate and resolve issues related to data discrepancies or system errors.
  • Process Management & BAU Transition
  • Support the transition of Pillar 2 processes from project phase to business-as-usual (BAU).
  • Document workflows, handoffs, and ownership models for long-term sustainability.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and automation efforts.
  • Contribute to internal training and knowledge sharing across teams.
  • Technical Collaboration & Regulatory Monitoring
  • Collaborate with technical leads to implement elections and respond to regulatory changes.
  • Monitor OECD and local jurisdictional updates to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Assist in mapping entity structures and ownership data for compliance purposes.
  • Support testing and rollout of new Orbitax features and integrations.
