Tax & Transfer Pricing:
- Maintain and update intercompany agreements and pricing policies.
- Assist in the preparation of transfer pricing documentation (Master File, Local File, Country-by-Country Reporting).
- Coordinate data collection for benchmarking studies and TP analysis.
- Monitor changes in transfer pricing regulations across jurisdictions.
- Support internal stakeholders during tax queries or TP reviews by tax authorities.
- Work with the finance and accounting teams to gather and reconcile data for TP and tax filings.
- Analyze intercompany transactions and support TP adjustments.
- Maintain up-to-date TP documentation and audit trail.
- Support the global tax team on special projects and tax planning initiatives.
- Participate in periodic internal reviews to ensure compliance with group policies
- Support on Pillar 2: implementing and maintaining global minimum tax rules ensuring regulatory adherence and collaborating with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
- Providing knowledge of Pillar 2 rules to Accord/Intas teams, including the OECD's BEPS framework, and translating these complex rules into practical, implementable steps for the business
- Assist EMENA Tax Manager with ad hoc queries as and when it arises
Relevant skills and experience:
- A Chartered Accountant with 6-8 year of professional experience, preferably Big 4
- Fluency in English in writing and speaking;
- Self-confidence;
- Very good communication and organisational skills;
- Pro-active and problem solving approach;
- Can-do attitude;
- Financially aware;
- Willingness to travel.
