About the role: Seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition leader to spearhead hiring across Technology, Product, Business, and Operations, aligned with Snapmint's strategic growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive full-cycle hiring across tech and non-tech roles, from key ICs to senior leadership
  • Partner with leadership to define hiring strategy, workforce planning, and org design
  • Lead and coach a high-performing TA team
  • Strengthen our employer brand and deepen engagement with top talent pools
  • Champion a data-driven hiring culture to reduce time-to-fill and improve quality-of-hire
  • Leverage ATS, social platforms, and networks to build strong talent pipelines

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree from a top-tier business school with 10+ years of experience
  • Prior success in a high-growth, startup or Series B+ environment (teams of 500–1000+)
  • Extensive experience leading and managing high-performing TA teams
  • Experience in scaling teams across multiple locations is a strong plus
