Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business growth.
Forecast hiring needs and create annual/quarterly recruitment plans.
Optimize sourcing channels to ensure timely availability of qualified candidates.
2. Team Leadership & Management
Lead, guide, and mentor the recruitment team.
Allocate requisitions and monitor daily performance.
Conduct training for recruiters on sourcing, interviewing, and candidate management.
3. Talent Sourcing & Acquisition
Manage full lifecycle hiring job posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling, and selection.
Use multiple sourcing channels (job portals, social media, references, campus hiring).
Ensure diversity hiring and efficient talent pipeline creation.
