Job Title: Senior TA Lead - E2E New Client Activation (NCA)

About the Role: The Mission
You will be the foundational leader of the High Acquisition Engine, operating as a high-impact,
one-person strike unit and mini-pod leader focused on E2E New Client Activation (NCA)
across all Business Units (BU). Your mission is singular and unforgiving: Convert new client
leads into stable, long-term partners by owning the entire critical first 30-45 days of the hiring
process. You are the First Batch Gatekeeper.
Your objective is to achieve the first successful hire ASAP and hand over a stable, predictable
pipeline to BAU teams. This role is built on Speed, Deep Intake, Ruthless Prioritization, and
Elite Sourcing Execution to ensure First Batch Perfect delivery and shield
Business-as-Usual (BAU) operations from new client volatility.
Key Responsibilities (Summary)
E2E New Client Activation & Ownership (IC Focus): Act as a high-impact, Individual
Contributor (IC) strike unit and mini-pod leader, taking full end-to-end ownership
(KAM + Intake + Sourcing + Delivery + Quality) for the initial 30-45 day engagement.
You are the foundational gatekeeper for new accounts, responsible for enforcing a
Perfect Intake process.
Singular Goal: First Successful Hire & Stable Handover: Drive industry-leading
turnaround time to secure the first successful hire ASAP. Manage high volume across
multiple new clients without quality drop, adhering to the First Batch Perfect Quality
Guarantee to ensure a predictable, stable pipeline for BAU teams.
First Batch Gatekeeper & Stakeholder Management: As the senior point of contact
and First Batch Gatekeeper, build foundational client trust. Your execution
determines the relationship, revenue, and Recro's fate with every new client.
Data-Driven Strategic Execution: Analyze performance metrics and use delivery data
to perform rapid risk triage, preemptively eliminating systemic bottlenecks and
providing data-driven scaling recommendations.
Who You Are: Qualifications & Attributes
Must-Have:
Experience: 6+ years in technology recruitment, with 3+ years focused on the
APAC/Global market, ideally within an RPO/agency setting.
Senior Ownership & Functional Leadership: Proven ability to operate as a
high-impact Individual Contributor (IC), taking full ownership of the recruitment
lifecycle. Experience in leading and mentoring a small pod of specialists or managing a
critical, high-pressure TA function.
Elite Sourcing & Research Acumen: Mastery of advanced sourcing methodologies to
rapidly identify, profile, and engage niche talent pools.
Client-Facing Excellence: Proven ability to manage and build strategic relationships
with external clients and senior stakeholders.
