IME is currently hiring a dynamic Senior Manager Talent Acquisition who can handle the entire Recruitment process for us.

Role Overview:.

We are looking for a sharp, resourceful, and self-driven Senior Manager Talent Acquisition professional with 610 years who will lead and manage the complete recruitment function for IME. This role requires a strategic and hands-on leader capable of driving end-to-end hiring across all levels, building strong talent pipelines, and ensuring highly efficient and time-sensitive recruitment processes.

The ideal candidate will excel at stakeholder management, sourcing strategies, process optimization, agency coordination, and employer branding,should have pprior experience in EdTech and Consultancy environments, is comfortable working remotely, and brings a strong command of candidate engagement and negotiation.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Recruitment Management

  • Lead and execute the full recruitment lifecycle for all positions at IME.

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with organizational growth.

  • Source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and headhunting.

  • Conduct assessments, manage interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure timely closures.

2. Strategic & Time-Sensitive Hiring

  • Ensure time-sensitive hiring for urgent and business-critical roles.

  • Prioritize and accelerate hiring for positions that impact project deadlines, client delivery, or operational continuity.

  • Build a robust talent pipeline for frequently occurring or high-priority roles.

3. New Hire Performance Monitoring (First 90 Days)

  • Monitor all newly onboarded employees for their first three months to evaluate performance, engagement, and cultural fit.

  • Coordinate with reporting managers to collect structured probation feedback.

  • Identify early red flags and support managers with corrective action plans.

  • Ensure smooth onboarding, integration, and follow-up for new hires.

4. Stakeholder & Team Management

  • Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower needs and job specifications.

  • Provide regular hiring updates, timelines, and insights to leadership.

  • Coordinate interviews, feedback cycles, and final selection processes.

5. Managing External Hiring Agencies

  • Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with external recruitment agencies.

  • Ensure agency performance meets IME's hiring needs, quality standards, and timelines.

  • Negotiate terms and monitor adherence to budgets, SLAs, and hiring quality.

  • Streamline communication and align agency efforts with IME's talent strategy.

6. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience

  • Strengthen IME's employer brand across hiring platforms and social media.

  • Ensure a professional, respectful, and positive candidate experience at every stage.

  • Represent IME in job fairs, recruitment drives, and industry networking events when required.

7. Recruitment Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate hiring records, dashboards, and analytics.

  • Track recruitment metrics, identify gaps, and implement process improvements.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory norms.

  • Optimize recruitment systems, tools, and workflows for efficiency.



Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.

  • 810 years of Talent Acquisition experience, including 34 years in a managerial capacity.

  • Strong experience in handling end-to-end recruitment across diverse functions.

  • Proven ability in managing external agencies and large-scale hiring mandates.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making capability.

  • High professionalism, ownership, confidentiality, and integrity.


  • Prior experience working in a remote recruitment setup.

  • Understanding of the talent landscape in the education or EdTech sector.

  • Immediate Joiner is preferred.
