What You'll Do
A successful Senior Manager Talent Acquisition will lead to high-volume hiring initiatives across multiple business units. This role will be responsible for designing scalable recruitment strategies, managing large hiring pipelines, and leading a team to deliver hiring targets efficiently while ensuring high-quality candidate experience.
Responsibilities
Volume Hiring Strategy
- Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies for large-scale hiring (bulk / campus / lateral).
- Plan workforce demand in collaboration with business leaders and HR partners.
Stakeholder Management
- Partner with senior business stakeholders to understand hiring needs, timelines, and workforce planning.
- Provide data-driven insights and hiring forecasts.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
- Drive team performance through KPIs, coaching, and capability building.
Recruitment Operations
- Oversee sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management processes.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, TAT, and quality benchmarks.
Sourcing & Channel Optimization
- Leverage multiple sourcing channels including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and vendor partnerships.
- Optimize vendor performance for bulk hiring.
Process Improvement
- Drive automation and process efficiencies in recruitment workflows.
- Implement best practices in high-volume hiring models.
Data & Reporting
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, conversion ratios).
- Provide regular reports and insights to leadership.
Employer Branding
- Enhance employer brand visibility to attract top talent at scale.
What You Will Need To Be Successful
Work Experience & Skills
- 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with significant exposure to volume/bulk hiring.
- Proven track record of managing large numbers in fast-paced environments (e.g., BPO, Retail, E-commerce, Shared Services).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Expertise recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and data analytics.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (any graduate)
- Experience managing vendor ecosystems and RPO partners.
- Exposure to campus hiring and mass recruitment drives.
