Role Objective To build a high-quality, high-speed hiring engine for Beyond Next. This role owns end-toend talent acquisition across functions, ensuring business-critical roles are closed fast, right, and at scale, while continuously improving hiring quality, process, and candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Hiring Strategy & Workforce Planning Partner with HRBP and business leaders to translate business plans into hiring roadmaps Build quarterly and annual manpower plans with hiring timelines Identify critical roles, succession risks, and pipeline needs
2. End-to-End Recruitment Ownership Own full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across functions Drive high closure velocity without compromising quality Manage recruitment funnel: sourcing screening interviews offers joining
3. Stakeholder Management Act as strategic hiring partner to CXOs, department heads, and leadership Challenge unrealistic expectations while maintaining delivery commitment Ensure hiring decisions are data-backed, structured, and objective
4. Sourcing & Employer Branding Build strong sourcing channels: referrals, LinkedIn, consultants, campus, passive talent Strengthen employer branding presence on LinkedIn, hiring platforms & networks Create proactive talent pipelines for future needs
5. Process Excellence & Metrics Design and continuously improve hiring workflows, SLAs & interview processes Track and optimize: o TAT o Offer-to-join ratio o Quality of hire o Cost per hire Implement interview frameworks & structured evaluation systems
6. Vendor & Budget Management Manage recruitment agencies and external partners Negotiate commercials and ensure ROI-driven consultant engagement
7. Team Building (Optional depending on scale) Build and mentor a high-performance recruitment team as hiring volume increases
Ideal Candidate Profile
812 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
Experience hiring across manufacturing / consumer appliances / startups / growth-stage companies preferred Proven capability in bulk + niche + leadership hiring
Strong exposure to fast-scaling environments
Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
High ownership mindset not process-heavy, but outcome-driven
