Senior Manager- Systems, Applications and Product Marketing

Responsibilities

• Identify and exploit market opportunities by collaborating with Marketing, Business Division management, and Sales teams
• Support technical marketing through customer visits, promoting products, and uncovering customer needs
• Collaborate with UX teams to enhance customer engagement
• Provide analysis to support marketing business plans including TAM, SAM, SOM metrics by demonstrating technical merits of Renesas solutions
• Deliver deep technical support and training to boost Renesas commercial success
• Work with marketing and design teams to develop customer collateral that raises brand profile
• Collaborate with sales and operations for forecasting and volume ramp planning by product family
• Support customers with product design-in activities
• Understand market and customer requirements to define product requirements and improve roadmaps
• Define product family roadmap and produce detailed Product Requirements and Design Specification documents
• Translate system use cases and requirements into product specifications ensuring alignment with customer needs
• Evaluate design trade-offs and IP choices to meet competitive product specifications
• Participate in FPGA-based design prototyping and resolve issues to meet performance targets
• Guide staff in creating comprehensive Applications Validation Plans covering corner cases
• Drive system modeling requirements
• Support hiring and management of demand generation and product definition teams as business needs grow
