Roles & Responsibilities

  • Supply Strategy (City Zone Level)

Define and own the supply strategy at a City Zone level, setting clear goals around supply quality, density, and category coverage anchored on the GenZ target audience

Build the strategic blueprint at a platform level unique to Toing and translate it into actionable, city-specific plans in close collaboration with city operations teams.

Establish and track metrics for supply health including numerical coverage, cuisine/category mix, and quality benchmarks and continuously iterate based on performance.

Identify white spaces in supply across geographies and categories, and develop structured plans to close gaps.

  • Restaurant Economics & Experience

Own the restaurant mix (Rx mix) strategy and ensure it plays out as planned across cohorts, tiers, and city archetypes.

Maintain the Cost of Doing Business (CODB) for restaurant partners within a sustainable and competitive range, balancing platform economics with partner health.

Take ownership of Rx NPS set targets, diagnose detractors, and drive initiatives (in partnership with product, ops, and account management) to improve the restaurant partner experience.

  • Monetisation & Ads

Lead the monetisation agenda as Toing launches and scales its advertising product for restaurant partners.

Identify gaps, unlock opportunities, and build the roadmap to achieve 1P revenue targets, working cross-functionally with product and city teams.

Test different types of pricing frameworks / figure out the role of 3P on Toing.

  • New Revenue & Unit Economics Innovation

Given the inherent risks in select unit economics (UE) line items, lead 01 thinking on new monetisation levers and UE improvement opportunities unique to Toing's business model. We currently do not fully know what exactly needs to be built here, but the job will be to come up with ideas and stress test assumptions and pilot the initiative.
