Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Ensure smooth production of our products at Contract Manufacturers as per our defined and agreed SOP s / GMP s / Quality Norms.
Providing technical support to site and helping them in finding the root causes of failures and consumer complaints.
Take care of change management, if any, at contract manufacturers.
Participate in preparing HACCP / QMS / SOP s / BMR/BPRs at contract manufacturing sites.
Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends, address issues, and drive continuous improvement efforts, review FG COAs and helping CMO sites in case of deviations.
Work with RD FRD team and lead on new projects for effective trials and industrialization of products.
Facilitating LL MSTG team to create, review and share site specific documentation for existing as well new product launches.
Work with CMO sites to optimize manufacturing processes to improve product quality, reduce costs and increase efficiency.
