Role Summary
The Senior Manager – Structures will be responsible for reviewing and optimizing structural design schemes for residential and township projects, ensuring structural efficiency, buildability, and compliance with engineering standards. The role involves in-house peer review of consultant deliverables, structural quantity validation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to support cost, quality, safety, and project timelines. The position will also drive design standardization, evaluate new technologies and construction methodologies, and lead process improvements while guiding a team of engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing expert advice in Structural systems, design and detailing of various structural elements – isolated/combined footings, raft, pile, pile-raft, columns, shear walls, slabs, beams, retaining walls etc.
- In-depth study of design aspects and relative advantages of different construction methodologies & creating guidelines - RCC, structural steel, precast, composite construction etc.
- Managing external consultants and collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Design and detailing standardization
- Comparison of different structural systems like framed structure, shear wall, flat slab, flat plate, waffle slab and arriving at cost effective alternative
- Evaluating new construction technology and materials
- Compliance with company defined guidelines and processes.
- Adherence to project timelines
- Identification of processes/procedures in own work area that need improvement
- Recommendation of process improvement ideas to streamline efficiency/costs/productivity
- Implementation of process improvement activities in own work area
- Guide team of engineers for effective Peer review, project coordination and initiatives
- Identify development needs and trains to fulfill the gap
Essential Responsibilities
Structural design:

Who are we looking for
Qualification: Applicants should be B.Tech/BE (Civil) OR M. Tech (Structures) from a reputed institution
Experience
- Extensive years with relevant experience in managing Structural design for high-rise residential/ Township projects.
- Hands-on experience with software such as ETABS, SAFE, STAAD, BIM 360 etc.
- Knowledge of value engineering in design of structures at various design stages
Work Experience
10–12 years
