Responsibilities:

• 4-6 years of work experience with at least 2-4 years of strategy, business consulting and / or program management.
• 2-3 years of work experience in startups previously
• Strong Academics, Preferred Tier 1 institutes.
• Broad exposure to and hands-on experience with business transformation, program management, change management, and people leadership.
• Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills
• High degree of flexibility and strong collaboration skills
• Proven ability to translate business strategies and goals into practical action plans
• Entrepreneurial attitude, creative and driven with a penchant to lead change
• Organized, results-oriented individual with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
