Role Purpose
The Strategy Execution & OKR Program Manager will ensure effective execution of the organization's strategic initiatives and OKRs across departments. The role will work closely with leadership and department heads to track progress, drive accountability, and ensure alignment with the organization's strategic goals.
This role will act as the central coordinator for strategy execution, ensuring that all strategic tasks and Key Results are monitored, tracked, and delivered on time using the organization's OKR management platform.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy Execution & OKR Governance
- Monitor execution of organizational strategy and departmental OKRs through the Profit.co platform.
- Ensure all strategic initiatives and Key Results are regularly updated and aligned with company priorities.
- Track progress against defined milestones and highlight deviations or risks.
2. Cross-Department Coordination
- Coordinate with all department heads to ensure timely execution of strategic initiatives.
- Facilitate collaboration between departments where initiatives require multi-department involvement.
- Ensure alignment between departmental deliverables and overall company strategy.
3. Strategic Progress Monitoring
- Conduct regular strategy review meetings with departments to assess progress.
- Track completion of strategic tasks and ensure accountability for delays.
- Maintain structured documentation of initiative progress, challenges, and corrective actions.
4. Executive Reporting & Dashboards
- Prepare executive dashboards and performance reports for the CEO and leadership team.
- Provide periodic updates highlighting:
- OKR progress
- Key achievements
- Risks and delays
- Required leadership interventions.
5. Governance & Follow-up
- Establish a structured cadence for strategy execution reviews (weekly / monthly).
- Follow up with departments on pending strategic initiatives.
- Ensure action items from leadership meetings are tracked and closed.
6. Performance Insights
- Analyze OKR performance data to identify execution gaps.
- Provide insights to leadership to improve strategic delivery.
- Recommend improvements in execution processes where required.
Required Qualifications
- MBA in Business Administration / Strategy / Operations ( Tier 2 or 3 College)
Experience
- 8–12 years of professional experience
- Experience in strategy execution, PMO, transformation office, or corporate planning roles
- Experience working in IT / technology services companies
- Experience managing cross-functional initiatives
- Experience with OKR frameworks and performance tracking systems
