Location: Gurgaon

The Garden Store is a leading destination for premium plants, gardening products, and lifestyle solutions. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team and drive growth through target-based sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities through various channels (cold calling, email outreach, networking, social media, events, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, key decision-makers, and industry trends.
  • Pitch company products/services to prospective clients with strong business understanding.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and demos to convert leads into clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Product, Finance) to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and follow-up communications.
  • Track sales activities, prepare reports, and update CRM regularly.
  • Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, and networking events.
  • Assist in developing strategies to penetrate new markets and increase brand presence.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 15 years of proven experience in Business Development or Sales (industry-specific preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to plan, research, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and business events (if required).
