Key Responsibilities

Team Management & Leadership:Lead a team of engineers building process automation and test automation solutions.
Mentor and provide development opportunities for team members.
Transition the team from a project mindset to a product mindset in planning and delivery.
Technical Leadership:Collaborate with solution architects on business processes and system architecture.
Ensure scalable, maintainable solutions are delivered adhering to quality and schedule goals.
Support automation initiatives and continuous improvement of deployment processes.
Stakeholder Management:Partner with business stakeholders to ensure delivered solutions meet user needs.
Provide input on program planning aligned with organizational goals.
Compliance & Standards:Ensure adherence to security practices, technology standards, and company policies.
