Collaboration and leadership are central, as the lead coordinates efforts across multiple teams to drive successful project outcomes and maintain a cohesive technical vision.

• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure consistency and quality across projects.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
• Experience in component-based architecture and modular design principles.
• Strong understanding of front-end development frameworks and integration with backend services.
